Service
Welcome to Anarchy Bot ("Bot", "we"). By adding, using, or interacting with the Bot in your Discord server, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
01 Acceptance of terms
By inviting or using Anarchy Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
02 Service description
Anarchy Bot is an entertainment bot for Discord that provides virtual economy, games, and community interaction features, including but not limited to:
- Virtual economy system (in-game currencies "anr" and "ANRCHY COIN")
- Games such as fishing, mining, farming, and mini-games
- Chance-based games (blackjack, roulette, crash, and similar)
- Virtual stock market and trading
- Trade system, leaderboards, and user profiles
03 Usage rules
When using the Bot, you agree NOT to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage
- Use automated tools, scripts, or other bots to interact with the Bot (self-bots, macros, etc.)
- Spam, abuse, or otherwise disrupt the service
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the Bot or its infrastructure
- Violate the Discord Terms of Service
04 Currency & virtual assets
All in-game currency and assets are not real and cannot be cashed out. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove balances, items, or economy data at any time — for example to fix bugs, prevent inflation, or handle abuse — without compensation.
05 Game mechanics & chance
Some features involve luck/chance elements with random outcomes. Game results are chance-based and not guaranteed. The Bot may have a "house edge" as part of its anti-inflation design. No real-money transactions are involved.
06 Donations
Donations made through the website are voluntary to support the Bot's development and are not a purchase of virtual assets. Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
07 Service availability
The Bot is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee the Bot will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
08 Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or ban a user's access to the Bot at any time for violating these Terms, without prior notice.
09 Limitation of liability
Anarchy Bot and its developers are not liable for any loss, data loss, or damage arising from use of the Bot. Use is entirely at your own risk.
10 Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Bot is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
